Eliot is a highly accomplished recruitment professional with over 6 years of experience in the power, utilities, and renewable energy sector. Eliot has developed a deep understanding of the industry and worked with clients across various markets such as the UK, USA, Middle East and APAC.
After starting his career with SThree in the US energy market, Eliot gained valuable experience working in the Middle East as Associate Partner with BWP. There, he worked with some of the industry's leading developers, IPPs, consultancies, investors, and pension funds, providing recruitment services across a range of disciplines and building lasting relationships.
Since returning to the UK in 2021, Eliot worked with Taylor Hopkinson, a globally recognised search firm specialising in renewable energy. With his extensive industry knowledge and proven track record of success across both commercial and technical disciplines, Eliot has experience building high-performing teams in the renewables sector.
